Miroy sea view villa is a newly-built villa of natural matierals, like stone and wood. The first thing that captures its guests is the view over the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and Rethymno town – a magnificent panorama. It is located 5 minutes from the center of Rethymno, Crete and 2 minutes from the village Atsipopoulo. Beyond that central location, the villa is surrounded by a peaceful and private area. There is an easy access to services (supermarkets, bakeries, butchery shops, pharmacies, cafes, tavernas, ATMs) by car. It is a 170 m2 villa with a private swimming pool and a huge terrace that can host up to 8 persons. Its visitors have the opportunity to include in their daily nutrition during their holidays, goods that are grown by our family in the private garden of the villa. Miroy sea view villa is located in a distance of 3 km from the center of Rethymno and 800 m from the sea. It is easily accessible through the highway street. The location of the villa is ideal for relaxing and coming closer to nature. It also gives the chance to visit each corner of the island and explore all aspects of Cretan life. Located in the center of the north part of Crete, only a few metres from the highway it provides easy access to the local airports of Chania and Heraklion (33 km & 67 km).
